CAREER EVOLUTION
We offer our consultants a four-level career path with five different positions.
When you are about to start your professional career or just have started it, you
will integrate the company as Junior Consultant and later on become a Consultant.
At the Senior Consultant level you are asked to take over more responsibility in
your project and client environment and also in the internal life of the Altran
India. The fourth career level has two dimensions: You have the opportunity to become
an Expert Consultant by putting a focus on a specific expertise and still continue
to broaden this or to implicate yourself on the business and management part as
a Managing Consultant.
For our trainers we offer an equivalent four-level career development path. The
development criteria and requirements are adapted to their specific technical expertises
and their pedagogic skills.
Moreover, we offer initiation programmes in terms of training or mentoring. The
themes of the branch-specific training depend upon the technical requirements of
a consultant and on the processes of the business unit. Training is given by experts
within the Altran group or externally.
